The Retreat is a luxury studio holiday cottage finished in keeping with its traditional roots with many exposed beams and complete with all mod cons. The Retreat is run on a green electricity tariff (included in rental) and it has been converted to be as energy-efficient as possible. With a luxury double bed complete with sprung mattress, and the best linen and pillows, you can be assured of a great night’s sleep. In the Winter, the cast iron wood burner sets the scene for a cosy winter weekend break, with electric heating also on standby. Access statement: The Retreat has been called 'compact living at its best'. It is not suitable for wheel chairs, but otherwise, is accessible to all.
